1. Start by clicking on ""Exercise"" at the top
2. Click on the ""New Exercise"" at the top right corner to add an exercise
3. Enter the Exercise name
4. Select the type of exercise category and template from the drop-down menus
5. Add a description, aims and instruction of the exercise
6. It's important to add in the ""Target muscle"", ""Body part/joint"" and exercise as this is used to search for exercises
7. Add any additional images and/or videos for the exercises
8. Then you can either ""create next exercise"" to save the exercise or ""save draft exercise"" to save to draft
