There are a number of ways that your client can gain access to your program.
When an account is created the client will automatically get an email to set up their password. If your client hasn't gotten the email get them to check their junk email as sometimes overzealous spam filters will filter them out.
An account can be created two ways
1. Via adding a new client on the client tab >> How to create new clients
2. Automating the addition of a client via for form >>
If your client can't find the email there are a couple of different ways their password can be set
1. They can click the 'forgot password' link on the sign in screen for the App
2. You can create a password for them via the 'edit details' section of their client page
3. Using the 'act as practitioner' option on the app, selecting your client and moving to the settings page to reset their password.
